Team
Heather Wallace, Principal
Heather works primarily on the people side of change and business transformation. She leads change management teams and engages with senior leaders to support large organizational changes and technology/process implementations. Heather has a strong background in HR and often helps clients with organizational redesign, talent management programs and supporting leadership development, training, team development and facilitation. Past experience in industry allows Heather to provide clients with strategies that will lead to long-term and meaningful success.
She has delivered lectures on organizational culture for Conference Board of Canada, and been published in the Canadian Government Executive.
Education & Certifications
Heather has an Bachelor of Journalism and an MBA, both from Carleton University. She graduated from both programs Summa Cum Laude.
Heather is Prosci Certified to leverage the ADKAR model for managing change. She is EQ-i 2.0 certified, an emotional intelligence certification, and is a trained facilitator.
